CVE-2024-27199 is a relative path traversal vulnerability in the web component of JetBrains TeamCity On-Premises versions before 2023.11.4. Crafted HTTP(S) requests can bypass authentication and reach a limited set of authenticated endpoints. These endpoints permit limited administrative actions, including changes to system settings, replacement of the server's HTTPS certificate, and modification of the HTTPS listening port, as well as disclosure of limited sensitive information.
