CVE-2021-41277 is a local file inclusion and information disclosure vulnerability in Metabase's custom GeoJSON map support. Affected versions load supplied URLs without validating them first, allowing a remote, unauthenticated attacker to submit a specially crafted HTTP GET request that exposes local server files and environment variables. The vulnerability was fixed in maintenance releases 0.40.5 and 1.40.5 and subsequent releases.
